ABOUT US -
Maple Square Mobile Home Park, LLC is a family owned Manufactured Home Community located in Newark, DE 19713. Our goal is to provide our residents with a quiet, affordable and comfortable environment to call home.
Maple Square is conveniently located near local shopping stores, malls and easily accessable to Rt 95.
Our monthly lot rent is $737.50 for single-wides and $757.50 for double-wides. The monthly lot rent includes public water & sewer, curbside trash removal, curbside recycling as well as basic/standard Comcast cable.
Our community has a friendly and courteous staff onsite. Our staff goes above & beyond to make living in Maple Square a relaxing pleasure!

All potential residents must fill out an application ($50 per applicant) and be approved for residency. See Maple Square MHP Application below.
Guidelines for approval:
650 qualifying Credit Score
Proof of Income - at least $2200 gross monthly income
No bankruptcies in the past 5 years
Must pass a Criminal background check
We do not allow for co-signers.
The person occupying the home must be the signatory/responsible party on the lease and must occupy the home 100% of the time.
Homeowners are responsible for annual New Castle County property tax, homeowners insurance, electric, propane/natural gas (whichever is applicable), telephone and internet.
