Maple Square Mobile Home Park, LLC is a family-owned Manufactured Home Community located in Newark, DE 19713.  Our goal is to provide our residents with a quiet, affordable and comfortable environment to call home.

Maple Square is conveniently located near local shopping stores, malls and easily accessible to I95. 

​

Our monthly lot rent is $1020.50 for Single-Wides and $1040.50 for Double-Wides.  The monthly lot rent includes public water & sewer, curbside trash removal, curbside recycling and standard basic cable provided by Comcast.

Our community has a friendly and courteous staff onsite.  Our staff goes above & beyond to make living in Maple Square a relaxing pleasure!

    Guidelines for approval:

        675 qualifying Credit Score

        Proof of Income - at least $3000 gross monthly income

        No bankruptcies in the past 5 years

        Must pass a Criminal background check

 

We do not allow for co-signers. 

The person occupying the home must be the signatory/responsible party on the lease and must occupy the home 100% of the time.

Homeowners are responsible for annual New Castle County property tax, homeowners' insurance, electric, propane/natural gas (whichever is applicable), telephone and internet.
